In addition as your design is finished, then we can update our budgetary estimation and develop an elemental cost estimate with inaccuracy as low as 5%.

As the elemental cost estimate is completed all project works (elements) will be broken down and priced so we will have the opportunity to undertake value engineering studies to further reduce the price of your project.

Furthermore, as everything is in place and you take the decision to proceed with construction of the project we will collaborate with your Architect to develop the Tender Documents and allow Contractors to bit for the Project.

Finally, as the Tender stage is completed we will contact evaluation studies and recommencement the most suitable Contractors for the Project.
